Enterprise Mesh

# Gather your knowledge, workflows and Workforce on the same ground.

The layer that makes the whole greater than the parts. Workforce Studio builds on it. WorkSpace is where work gets done across it. Local Assistant brings it to your desk. Your strategic autonomy from US hyperscaler stacks.

Lead the Autonomous Enterprise era.

## The whole, greater than the parts.

Enterprise Mesh is the common ground your knowledge, your workflows, and your Workforce all stand on. Not a bag of cloud services wired together, one substrate where every team runs governed, remembers what it learns, reaches your data, and coordinates with the rest. That is what turns separate tools into an Autonomous Enterprise: the parts share the same ground, so the whole becomes greater than their sum.

## Why a mesh, not a stack of services.

Glue enough cloud services together and you still do not have a Workforce. You have integrations to maintain. The mesh makes the hard parts native.

Agents that remember.

Wired-together services forget between calls. On the mesh, memory and knowledge are first-class, so your teams compound context instead of starting cold every time.

Governed by construction.

Policy, identity, and audit are part of the substrate, not a layer you bolt on afterwards. Every action is attributable and AI Act ready by default.

One colony, coordinating.

Teams talk to teams and workflows trigger workflows over shared, durable rails. The mesh is how the colony moves as one instead of as scattered scripts.

## The principles the substrate holds to.

Four invariants. They hold on every deployment, for every team.

All or nothing.

The substrate ships every foundation or the contract isn't honoured. None are optional add-ons; your teams compose against all of them.

Policy is data, not code.

Governance, jurisdiction pins, retention windows, and redaction rules are configuration you change without a redeploy. The rules follow the work.

Your knowledge is never ours.

Not to read, not to reuse, not to train on. What your Workforce learns compounds for you, and retrieval stays in-mesh.

Sovereign by default.

The mesh runs under your jurisdiction: in European data centres, on infrastructure you own, on-premise, at the edge, or self-managed beyond the platform. Strategic autonomy from US hyperscaler stacks is the only tier, not a premium one.

## Five foundations. One substrate.

Each foundation is a primitive your teams compose against, and a line on your bill. Here is what the mesh provides; pricing meters the same components.

Runtime.

Teams execute under your jurisdiction. Long-running, durable, resumable; cold-start to first token in seconds; horizontal scale to thousands of concurrent agents per workspace. Metered as: Team vCPU, Team vRAM.

Orchestration.

Teams talk to teams and workflows trigger workflows over a durable, replayable event bus, and long-running jobs survive process restarts and deployment rollouts. Metered as: Events published, Long-running workflow steps, Long-running workflow execution, Message storage, I/O.

Memory.

Stateful intelligence per agent, per workspace, per organisation. Retention policy is yours; retrieval is local; redaction is auditable. Metered as: Memory storage, Memory read ops, Memory write ops.

Knowledge.

Your data and context, reachable by every team on the mesh, without ever leaving your control. The colony shares what it knows. Metered as: Knowledge storage, Knowledge read ops, Knowledge write ops.

Gateways.

Every tool call and every model call is proxied through a policy-enforcing gateway. Per-agent allowlists, per-call audit, and models you can swap without rewriting agents. Metered as: Tool gateway, Model gateway.

Included with every foundation, not billed as separate lines: Governance, Identity, Observability, Evaluations, Event Store.
