## What it is.

Managed Hermes Agent is a persistent cloud personal agent, hosted and operated by Myrmid in EU-resident infrastructure. It runs continuously with a hardened security surface (more stable and more secure than Managed OpenClaw) and gains capability over time as it accumulates context from the work you give it. Built on the open-source Hermes Agent framework, designed for persistent, long-running autonomous operation.

It runs standalone as a personal agent, reachable from Telegram, cloud-hosted, working for you whether your laptop is open or not.

When connected to your Enterprise Mesh, Hermes Agent coordinates with your enterprise teams on the same substrate: governance, events, and identity flow through one mesh. The connection is optional. Standalone is a full product, not a degraded mode.

Individuals and small teams use Managed Hermes Agent for the work that benefits from a long-running, increasingly capable assistant, reachable from anywhere.

Team agent on Enterprise Mesh.

When connected to your organisation's Enterprise Mesh, Hermes Agent coordinates with your enterprise teams. Events and governance stay on the same substrate.
