# The Founders.

Four people. One bet: Europe's enterprises will run their next decade on agentic workflows, and someone needs to build the platform worthy of that trust.

We came together around a single conviction: agentic transformation is the next decade's economic leverage, and Europe needs a platform built to its values, not retrofitted to them.

    Eighteen years turning complex problems into elegant products and offers that hold up in the real world, from large enterprises to ventures of his own. Works at the point where a sharp idea becomes something a company can actually build and grow on.
    
    Shapes what Myrmid offers and why, from first concept to how it reaches its market.
    
    > Autonomous enterprises are coming, and they will be the norm. Europe needs its own substrate to keep that value creation on home ground. Collective intelligence is what makes it possible, and it is what I'm building Myrmid on.

    Product & Usage Architect
    
    Years of work in AI product direction and applied machine learning, with hands-on experience shipping LLM-grounded features at production scale. His path runs through product organisations bringing AI to enterprise users, always at the seam between what the platform can do and what users actually adopt.
    
    Owns product direction and usage: Lucie's behaviour, the agent contract, the evals that keep outcomes honest, and the feedback loop that tells us when a workflow is actually being used.
    
    > Agents are only as honest as the evals behind them. Myrmid is where I get to build the platform I always wanted to deploy on.

    Experience & Assembly Architect
    
    Years building product experiences for European tech, with focus on the assembly point where workflow design meets enterprise reality. He has shipped across consumer and B2B surfaces, drawn to the moment intent becomes shipped product.
    
    Designs how a workflow goes from intention to production in minutes, and stays maintainable when scale arrives.
    
    > The fastest path from idea to outcome is the one buyers actually trust. Myrmid is the only platform I've seen that takes both halves seriously.
    
-   ### Antoine Harlaut
    
    Foundations & Technology Architect
    
    Years architecting distributed systems and developer platforms across European tech, with deep work on runtime, orchestration, and the technology choices that keep production systems honest. His range covers infrastructure, applied agent research, and the engineering foundations that have to hold before anything above them can ship.
    
    Owns the foundations and the technology: the agentic mesh itself, the runtime, deployment, governance, and the engineering discipline behind every choice that compounds.
    
    > Sovereignty isn't a marketing line. It's an architecture decision made every day. Myrmid is where I get to make those decisions right.
    

## How We Came Together.

We met around a recurring observation: every European enterprise we worked with knew agentic transformation was coming, none trusted the platforms on offer, and most had given up on getting the right answer from outside Europe. We started Myrmid as the platform we kept being asked for and never got to recommend. Today, four cofounders (vision and story, product and usage, experience and assembly, foundations and technology) each own a domain and ship it.
