I. Value creation is changing hands.
A shift is underway. Humans are no longer the only ones who can produce value and own outcomes. Autonomous, collaborative agents now form a growing workforce, and competitive advantage flows through them.
II. Delegation without control is surrender.
If your value chain runs on a platform you can't control, with a partner you can't trust, handing over the data that is your business's lifeblood, you are outsourcing your future. Now that agents run the enterprise, sovereignty is not optional. It is the foundation.
III. An Autonomous Enterprise extends people. It does not replace them.

VI. We will not train on your data.
Not because our contracts say so. Because our architecture will not permit it. Trust is built in, not bolted on.
VII. We will not treat your agentic workflows as platform property.
The prompts, policies, workflows, and memory that define your agents are yours. You design them. We build them. We run them. You own them.
VIII. We will not claim your knowledge as ours.
Knowledge is the lifeblood of your business: what you ingest, what your teams learn through work, what your enterprise compounds across domains. The mesh provides the mechanics that make it grow. Your knowledge is never ours: not to read, not to reuse, not to sell. End to end, it stays with you.

The traces are yours, always, unredactable. Traceability and explainability are not features we sell; they are how the platform works.
XI. We commit to knowledge that compounds with experience.
Every interaction, every outcome, every trail produces knowledge. The mesh identifies it, validates it, distills it, promotes it across agent, team, domain, and enterprise scopes. The longer your workforce runs, the more it knows.
XII. We commit to self-improving organisations.

XIII. We commit to being the first Autonomous Enterprise using our services.
We use and rely on what we sell. Every one of us, and Myrmid as a company, runs on the platform we ask you to trust. We will not ask of you what we are not asking of ourselves.
XIV. We commit to public interest as architecture.
Non-profits in the public interest pay our cost. Nothing added. Agentic empowerment must serve humanity, people, society, not only the economy.
