Myrmid

Design Partner Program.

Five partners. A working relationship, not a sale.

How it works.

We're building the AI Workforce in the open with the people who will use it. The roadmap runs in agile sprints, and design partners are inside the loop from the first one.

  1. Each sprint, we share what we plan to ship and why. No surprises; no marketing layer between you and the product team.
  2. You run real workloads against what shipped. You tell us where it bites, what's missing, what would make it indispensable.
  3. The next sprint bends to what you told us. The shape of the product is the shape of the work it actually has to do.

The deal.

What you gain.

  • A Private Pricing Agreement on Myrmid usage, locked at signature. Predictable economics while the platform (and the market around it) moves fast.
  • Credits to spend across the platform from day one, sized to the partnership. Enough runway to put real workloads through real surfaces, not just to kick the tyres.
  • A direct line to the team building the product. Not a support portal; the people whose names are on the architecture.
  • A say in the roadmap. The friction you surface is what shapes the next sprint: your needs steer where we go, not from a wishlist but from real work.

What we gain.

  • Real workloads against an opinionated platform. The kind of friction that only shows up when production work meets a young product.
  • The feedback loop that turns an MVP into a product worth paying for. Sprint by sprint, what you tell us reshapes what ships next.
  • Five organisations whose names tell the next hundred that we're serious, and that the platform is, too.
  • Public references. Case studies, quotes we can cite, and the right to name you when it counts: the social proof that turns a partnership into market signal.

Your pricing.

While we ship in agile sprints, your Private Pricing Agreement (PPA) runs on its own three-month rhythm. Fixed when we sign; a step up every three months on an agreed schedule; reaching its peak value at the term we set together.

Starting PPA, credit volume, escalator steps, peak value, term length, every number on the page is a variable, not a default. We come in with a proposal calibrated to your shape; we leave with what works for both sides.

All of it is the negotiation. That's the point of designing the program with you instead of selling it to you.
